The apprenticeship-training program creates and fosters a learning environment in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), architectural and industrial sheet metal industry.
Apprentices receive education in a program registered with the U.S. Department of Labor in all areas of the roofing industry and hands-on instruction is a major part of the training. Safety is integrated throughout the program and is primary at all times.
